Day 3

Makeup Day 2-Pink!

**disregard my bangs in these i was just pushing them out of the way

So the skin is the same as yesterday except for blush I used Mocha! but the eyes are obviously different

Step 1- MAC Paint pot-Soft Ocre on whole lid up to brow bone

Step 2: I applied MAC Free to be, blended outward to crease. I applied pretty heavily cause I really wanted it to be pink. 

Step 3: In crease I applied Cranberry and in outer crease i used sketch. I just used a black liner, I think I stole this one from Jordyn and I believe its E.L.F. 

Step 4: I used vapour again on the brow bone and Brun on the brows. 

Step 5: I don't always wear lip stick but today i did and it was Viva Glam VI (or for those like me that don't know your roman numbers...6)

Makeup-Day 1

So a few ground rules you gotta understand, when I buy new eyeshadows I usually buy one or two to go with a color I already have so some of the colors will be repeated but atleast one major one will be different. I also claim special events and sunday has repeat days cause I usually try to keep it pretty simple on those days. so here is day 1 oh and I got bangs!

My basics I wear pretty much everyday are MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC 37,  MAC Mineralize powder in medium and for my bronzer I used MAC minerlize powder in medium dark and my daily blush is MAC Melba, I love it! 

 Alright....the colors on the eyes...

first I applied MAC paint pot in Painterly, then on the brow bone I applied Vapour

In the crease I blended in omega. 

On the lid I have Sumptuous Olive and in the outer crease I used Club. I usually line with Teddy or I use my eyeshadow brun. I also use brun on my eye brows. My mascara is good ol Cover Girl, Lash Blast! 

Long Time No See

It's been a few weeks since I posted anything on my road trip which was a blast. It rained almost everyday,except on the day we went to the beach in Florida and when we went to Six Flags in Alrington. The first day we drove to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Along the way we took an extra hour to go see the 4 corners. When we finally get to the 4 Corners we discover that the monument is closed!

Back in the car we continued onto Albuquerque. We stayed with a girl on Kals soccer team. The next day we hit the road again and headed to Dallas.

We stopped in Amarillo....Amarillo By Morning.....We stopped at my favorite restaurant, Rudy's. Ever since I went to Texas 6 years ago I've been talking about it and I'm glad Kalehua could finally understand my love for Rudy's cream corn.

We finally made it to Dallas and stayed with Uncle Rees in midlothian. We went to 6 flags and had a blast. Met up with a friend for dessert. The next day we drove to Austin and stoppe at every outlet mall along the way. We visited the state capital and then it started to rain so we hung out inour hotel. The Next day we drove to San Antonio and it was POURING when we got there so again we hung out in the hotel. Our frequent food stop was Whataburger...best fast food ever.

but other than the occasional Rudy's stop or Whataburger our usual meal consisted of beef jerky and Cup o noodles.

In San Atonio we went to The Alamo and the boot mall. I wanted to go tubing real bad but because of the huge down pour we didn't think it was the best idea. We watched some of the Word Cup at a restaurant along the river walk.

We made it to Houston a few hours later, checked into our hotel and Kalehua went for a run. It was so humid that her shins were sweating..

We were in Houston for church and found a singles ward near by. The night I finally got to see Wicked. I've loved this musical for years and I was so happy to see it would be in Houston when we were there. It was amazing!!

After Houston it was onto Florida. WE drove through Alabama, Louisianna and Georgia. It took us 2 days but we finally made it to Florida. Florida was so fun. We went to the beach with Mark, Holly, Liv and Trace. We saw Dolphins and tried to swim to them. We got really tan and took lots of pictures which I don't have on t computer yet. Needless to say, it was an awesome trip!

Roadtrip here we come!

Summer, Road Trip, Texas and Goodbyes...

Last year I wanted to go to Alberta Canada to see friends and gorgeous Banff. I cancelled last minute and was deeply upset about it. This is I was planning on going again, even if I had to go by myself. Now I love Banff and I've never even been there. The only place to probably love more...Texas(well there are probably more places but lets just say it's Texas). I went to San Antonio for my senior trip in high school with Jenny Jessica and Hillary. It was an awesome trip. I loved every minute of it. The wax museum, Mexican market place, Schlitterbaun,

 Six Flags, Ugly Power, Tubing down the Guadalupe River and last but not least Rudy's. The day I tasted their cream corn, BBQ chicken and sauce changed my life. I dream of going back there, for Rudy's and my other love, George Strait. Well friends my time has come!  I'm going to TEXAS!! The reason I am once again bailing on Canada but the trip is going to be amazing, the reason why I'm taking this trip...not so much!  My brother Mark and his family, Holly, Liv and Mr. Doo Doo's (aka Trace) have been living at my parents house since last August. I moved to Hawaii in September and missed the birth of Mr. Doo Doo's in October but upon my return I made up for that great travesty. I love my Mr. Doo Doo's. He's my little man. I'm his favorite after his mom and sister, of course!

Well Mr. Doo Doo's daddy got a job...in Florida! So they're moving to Florida. Mark, Holly Liv and Doo Doo's are flying to Palm Harbor, Florida so Kalehua and I are going to drive their car and meet them there. I thought that way it gives them an extra week with Doo Doo's before I take him back to grandma's when we fly home... 

So a road trip it is and a great one at that. I joked with Holly before that I would drive her car but take a tiny detour through Texas. I don't even have to take a detour!! There are so many things about this trip that will be amazing that I don't even know where to begin typing about them. I'll post our stops and if any of you want to give me some ideas on places to go, I'll take the advice gladly. 

I wish this road trip didn't come at the cost of losing Mark, Holly, Liv, and Doo Doo's to the East coast but they will realize that it's better here and get back asap. Plus I plan on kidnapping Doo Doo's for a month every summer and skyping with him everyday! 

new job, new calling, new stress...

About a month ago I got a new job. Its at a fun little shop in town called Swig. We make smoothies, shaved iced and other beverages but the nice thing is..it's a drive up. I love working there. My bosses are great and the kids I work with are fun. They work around me sched and they have amazing stuff! Come visit me!

The new calling is... Relief Society President. haha I still laugh everytime I read it. We have 2 relief societies in my ward and I'm in charge of RS 1. Haven't done much because of fast sunday and mothers day but the meetings begin today, 1 hour before, 3 after and then some more...lets hope I can do it.

I got A's in almost all my classes and signed up for a summer classes. I discovered these online classes about travel. This summer I'm taking The Cruise Market, Vacation Packages, and Online Reservations. I'm pretty excited about them. Maybe I'll change my major to something else and work for an airline. we'll see...

Well thats all going on now. I'm enjoying my summer and getting tan!!
